We’re thrilled to be rolling out a fully digital telecare equipment upgrade for 512 of Lancashire-based social housing provider, Progress Housing Group's independent living homes for people over the age of 55.
Our contract with Progress Housing Group runs until January 2029, ensuring that the housing provider’s independent living schemes are future-proofed and fully compliant with the signal requirements ahead of the analogue to digital switchover in January 2027.
We will be implementing our fully digital cloud-based telecare solution offering, designed for independent living settings, alongside a management platform supporting service monitoring across schemes.
Progress Housing Group tenants will benefit from an upgraded digital alarm service that supports continued safety and wellbeing, with minimal disruption in their homes. Once established on the Everon platform, PHG will have access to additional monitoring information to help identify potential incidents, such as falls, at an earlier stage and support a preventative approach to tenant safety.
