Following a comprehensive audit process, Everon is delighted to announce it has achieved TSA Quality Standards Framework (QSF) status, furthering its ability to provide personalised and sustainable digital living solutions that enhance life.

The QSF is an independent audit and certification programme for the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) sector, regulated by TSA, the industry’s advisory body.

Everon underwent a rigorous assessment of its services and processes and is now certified as compliant with all the standards and service delivery modules required for the QSF.

QSF accreditation is particularly important in the TEC industry. It demonstrates that Everon is delivering high quality, safe services, providing additional peace of mind for people who rely on its solutions, and that health, housing and care partners can be reassured of the upmost quality, value for money and future proofed investment.

Richard Hosier, Head of Product Development for Everon UK said “The very heart of our business is to offer an excellent quality, safe and innovative service, and solution. We are delighted to have worked towards and achieved our Quality Standards Framework accreditation. Our accreditation gives our clients, and in turn their service users, the reassurance that we have embedded quality into our organisation, services and solutions.”
